These website terms of use apply only to your use of this website. Our consulting services (including fractional CTO engagements, network architecture, strategic advisory, and technology due diligence) are governed by separate engagement agreements that are agreed and signed before work begins.

Engagement agreements cover scope, deliverables, fees, confidentiality, liability, and intellectual property ownership. As a general principle: deliverables produced during an engagement (roadmaps, architecture documents, vendor evaluations, recommendations) become the property of the engaging organization upon payment. Our methodologies, tools, frameworks, and pre-existing intellectual property remain ours.

We do not begin work on the basis of verbal agreements or email exchanges. Every engagement has a written scope and terms. This protects both parties and eliminates the ambiguity that causes problems in consulting relationships.
