Tell us what you're dealing with. We'll tell you straight whether we can help. And if we can't, we'll say so rather than wasting your time.
We work best with organizations that have reached a specific inflection point. The technology estate has grown complex enough that it needs strategic governance, but the organization isn't large enough (or isn't ready) to bring a full-time CTO or IT director on board. Revenue is typically in the range of a few million to a few hundred million. Headcount is between fifty and five hundred. The problems are real, the budget for solving them exists, and someone at the leadership level has decided that continuing to manage technology by committee is no longer acceptable.
We also take on defined-scope projects for organizations of any size: network architecture for critical environments, vendor evaluations, technology due diligence for M&A, and security posture assessments. These are typically two to twelve weeks of focused work with a clear deliverable at the end.
If that sounds like where you are, get in touch. If you're not sure, get in touch anyway. The initial conversation costs nothing, and we'd rather spend thirty minutes helping you figure out what you actually need than have you guess.

Thank you. We'll be in touch shortly.

What happens next
Most conversations start with a thirty-minute call. No pitch deck, no discovery call theater, no committee. You tell us what you're dealing with (a technology gap, a network design challenge, a vendor decision, a board that's asking questions nobody can answer) and we'll tell you straight whether we can help.
If it's a fit, we'll outline what an engagement would look like: scope, timeline, deliverables, and a clear picture of what you'll have at the end that you don't have now. If it's not a fit, we'll say so and, where we can, point you toward someone who can help.
We respond to every inquiry within one business day.
Common starting points
“We need technology leadership but can't justify a full-time CTO.”
“Our network doesn't have the resilience our operation requires.”
“We're evaluating SD-WAN vendors and need independent advice.”
“We're acquiring a company and need someone to assess the technology estate.”
“Our IT costs keep rising and nobody can explain why.”
